End User License Agreement

PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY.
By accessing or using any UAS Sentry Remote ID Receiver, visiting UasSentry.com, or installing or using the UAS Sentry mobile applications (iOS or Android), you agree to be bound by the terms of this End User License Agreement (“Agreement”). If you do not agree to this Agreement, do not use the software or services.

1. Definitions

“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refers to UAS Sentry LLC.
“Software” includes all firmware and software installed on UAS Sentry Remote ID Receivers, mobile apps, and any web-based interfaces or tools available at UasSentry.com.
“Services” means all related services provided by UAS Sentry LLC through its devices, website, and apps.
“You” or “User” refers to any person or entity using or accessing the Software or Services.

2. License Grant

UAS Sentry LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

Use the Software embedded in the UAS Sentry Remote ID Receiver solely in connection with the device;
Access and use UasSentry.com for authorized purposes;
Download, install, and use the UAS Sentry iOS and Android applications solely for your internal business or personal use.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software;
Rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or transfer the Software to any third party;
Use the Software or Services for any unlawful, unauthorized, or harmful purpose;
Use any data obtained from the Software or Services for surveillance, harassment, or any activity prohibited by law;
Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data.

You further agree not to use the Software, Services, or any data received through them in violation of any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

4. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in the Software and Services, including any updates, enhancements, and modifications, remain the sole property of UAS Sentry LLC. This Agreement does not convey any ownership interest to you.

5. Updates

UAS Sentry LLC may provide updates, upgrades, or patches to the Software at its discretion. These are subject to the terms of this Agreement unless accompanied by a separate license.

6. Maintenance Agreements

Some features of the Software and Services may require an active maintenance agreement. UAS Sentry LLC reserves the right to limit, disable, or terminate access to certain features, data, or support if the user fails to maintain a valid and current maintenance agreement. Feature availability may vary based on the selected support level and subscription tier.

7. Data and Privacy

Use of the Software and Services is subject to the UAS Sentry Privacy Policy. You consent to the collection and use of data as described therein, including location, telemetry, and usage data collected by UAS Sentry devices and applications.

8. Changes to This Agreement

UAS Sentry LLC reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised EULA at https://UasSentry.com/eula.php. Your continued use of the Software or Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement. We encourage you to review the current version periodically.

9. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. UAS Sentry LLC may terminate this license at any time if you breach any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and uninstall all applications. Certain functionality may also be suspended if your maintenance agreement lapses.

10. No Warranty

THE SOFTWARE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. UAS SENTRY LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UAS SENTRY LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE OR SERVICES.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
